After previously getting denied while using another roofing company, Terry approached me while outside and asked could he take a look at my roof. I said sure but told him I was previously denied because I supposedly had only $161 in roof damage. Once he finished his assessment, he said I can assure you have way more than $161 worth. Afterwards, Terry walked me through the appeal process which required another adjuster come out to access my roof. What once was $161 worth of damage to my roof turned into $20K worth of damage. Unbelievable or the previous adjuster was condescending and had no attention of approving me for a new roof which I tend to lean on the latter.
