After previously getting denied while using another roofing company, Terry approached me while outside and asked could he take a look at my roof. I said sure but told him I was previously denied because I supposedly had only $161 in roof damage. Once he finished his assessment, he said I can assure you have way more than $161 worth. Afterwards, Terry walked me through the appeal process which required another adjuster come out to access my roof. What once was $161 worth of damage to my roof turned into $20K worth of damage. Unbelievable or the previous adjuster was condescending and had no attention of approving me for a new roof which I tend to lean on the latter. All in all, me and my wife are happy not just with the roof but the personal relationship we had with Terry Fogle. Terry is very personable and I believe is successful because of that..
